THANK YOU. Who or What is Team Total? Team Total is Total Marketing Associates, Inc. A progressive manufacturer's representative and sales and marketing firm concentrating on products in the Lawn & Garden/Outdoor Living industry. We just celebrated our 25th year of business in 2002 and look forward to many more years representing America's finest manufacturers to retailers and wholesalers in these key product categories. For more information, click here. Who is my sales representative and/or customer support representative? Total Marketing Associates, Inc. has sales associates located throughout the Midwest. We also have regional sales representatives in Eastern, Central and Pacific regions. To locate your representative, or find out if we serve your market area, click here. Most of our associates have full territory responsibility within the Midwest and Central United States. Outside of these areas, they are primarily concerned with calling on co-op dealer members only (Ace, Do-it Best and True Value). Let us know how we may be of service, click here. Who is my customer support representative? Our customer support representatives cover the entire country. If you are a current customer, and require customer service, click here to locate your representative. We look forward to serving you. Where can I get pricing? For security reasons, we do not post our pricing on the Internet. However, we are in the process of working on password protection for customers wishing to get pricing, place orders and check on existing orders. In the meantime, contact our team and we will get the information you need as soon as possible. What is on a truckload of bagged goods? Typically (in most states) a truckload of soils/peat/manure is approximately 18-20 pallets; one-half truckload would be approximately 9-10 pallets (The State of Michigan can allow up to 24 pallets on a truck). A truckload of bark/mulch products is typically 24-26 pallets; one-half truckload is 12-14 pallets. A truckload of rock products is between 15-20 pallets; a half truckload is approximately 8 pallets. Of course, as a manufacturer's representative, we cannot carry lines that directly compete with our existing manufacturers.
