an important Total Marketing function. Our sales and customer services
teams are kept up-to-date through continuous training. They in turn
pass on this vital information to our customers for their use. Everything
from care, handling and merchandising to "feature and benefit" is covered
to insure optimal success where it matters most--at retail! Browse around

SEMINAR & TRAINING SERIES
The following is a listing of the major seminars and manuals we make
available to our customers at no charge. For retailers and wholesalers outside
of our service area, students, or other individuals or businesses, there
will be a $20.00 charge for each manual, which will include shipping
and handling via priority mail.
The Total Marketing Seminar and Training Series started in 1980 with
the Four Hour Garden Center® or Parking Lot Garden Center®.
Since then, it has ballooned to include seminars and training manuals
on Lawn & Garden product knowledge, advertising, Christmas Tree
sales, as well as a wealth of other topics. The following is the major
curriculum offered by Team Total. However, keep checking back as we

give an effective seminar at store level, this seminar looks at a high

feeder; attracting and feeding wild birds and hummingbirds; dealing
with squirrels; and troubleshooting are all covered in detail. A handy
